Blackroll: effective self-massageUsing
the Blackroll, you can improve your circulation, prevent muscle

Blackroll Mini (approx. 15x5.5 cm):The
Blackroll Mini enables targeted massage of the feet, legs, arms and
other areas of the body. Its small size makes it especially practical
for on the go. The Blackroll Mini is primarily used for exercises on the
table, floor or against the wall. The Blackroll Mini can also be used
to connect two large Blackrolls.
Blackroll Standard (approx. 30x15 cm):This
Blackroll is the standard version of these massage rollers. It has an
average density and is suitable for all uses. Whether on the table,
floor or against the wall: like all Blackrolls, it provides the proven
massage effect.
Blackroll Med (approx. 30x15 cm):In
comparison to a traditional standard roller, the Blackroll Med is
around 20% softer. It is especially suitable for use with beginners. The
soft roller can be used for all purposes.
Blackroll Groove (approx. 30x15 cm):The
Blackroll Groove has a ribbed surface. This makes it vibrate when used
on a hard surface and therefore further increases circulation. It has
the same density as the standard version. The Blackroll Groove is
especially suitable for intensive use on the floor. For a stronger
massage effect during your regenerative training. Use the roller to
prevent and treat cellulite.
Blackroll Pro (approx. 30x15 cm):In
comparison to a traditional standard roller, the Blackroll Pro is
around 50% harder. This hard roller is therefore particularly suitable
for intensive training and also for heavier people.
